Q.1    Is it a university affiliated program?

Ans:  Yes. It is affiliated with  CCS University, Meerut (U.P)

Q.2   Is this programme differs with the Government Colleges?

Ans.  No. All the colleges whether private or government affiliated to any University of U.P. will have same syllabus and same degree subject to their university.

Q.3  Why I should take admission in HRIST only ?

Ans. HRIST is providing not only education but it is imparting value education with many value added courses.  We are   focusing on overall grooming of the personality of  a student. They are prepared to face all the challenges in pursuit of rewarding career after their graduations. 

Q.4.1  What prospects are opened after completion of BBA?

Ans.  After BBA,   One can go for  MBA or he/she can  prepare for any competitive examinations like  Banks/Govt. jobs / civil services/ Railway. Jobs available for management graduates will also be one of the choice before student. 

Q.4.2  What prospects are opened after completion of BCA?

Ans.   After BCA ,  One can go for  MCA/MBA  or he/she can  prepare for any competitive examinations like  Banks/Govt. jobs / civil services/ Railway.  Jobs available for computer graduates will also be one of the choices before student. 

 Q.4.3 What prospects are opened after completion of B.Com.?

Ans.    After B.Com., One can go for  MBA/M.Com.  or he/she can  prepare for any competitive examinations like  Banks/Govt. jobs / civil services/ Railway. Jobs available for commerce  graduates will also be one of the choice before student. 

 Q.5.1 As I am not having Commerce, am I  entitled  for BBA?

Ans.    Yes , Commerce  at 10+2 level is not compulsory for taking admission in BBA. 10+2 level in any stream is the eligibility for BBA.

Q.5.2  As I am not having Math at 10+2 level,   am I  entitled  for BCA?

Ans.    No , Math   at 10+2 level is  compulsory for taking admission in BCA

Q.5.3 As I am not having Commerce, am I  entitled  for B.Com. ?

Ans.    Yes , Commerce  at 10+2 level is not compulsory for taking admission in B.Com.  10+2 level in any stream is the eligibility for B.Com.

 Q.6  Is medium of education in English only ?

Ans.   Yes. Medium of education is English. Students will be writing their answer scripts in English only in all their examinations. Medium of instructions in class at books are in English. But we take special care for students of Hindi medium in explaining things to the best of their convenience.  

Q.7   I am throughout Hindi medium student. Am I able to cope up with the course?

Ans.   Yes. With the special pedagogy adopted for the Hindi medium students we take all possible concern for such students.

Q.8   Is Hostel facility available in the Campus ?

Ans.   Yes. We have Separate boys and girls hostel within the campus with sufficient intake to cater the need.

Q.9    Is it compulsory to live in College Hostel ?

Ans.   No.

Q.10  Does college provide Transportation ?

Ans.   Yes. With the fleet of buses commuting from all important roots and links to various strategic locations of NCR.

Q.11  What is the uniqueness of HRIST ?

 Q.12  What is the fees for BBA/BCA & B.Com?









Q.13  Is there any other fees also ?
Ans.   Yes. Uniform is provided from the institution after payment on cost and Rs.2,000/- as security `` deposit at the time of admission is deposited. The same is refundable at the end of the course.  

Q.14  Whether we will get degree from HRIST or CCS University ?

Ans.    Degree will be provided by CCS University same as provided to the students of any other affiliated college.    

Q.15  Is fees allowed to  be paid in installments ?

Ans.   No. Fees is to be deposited per annum .

Q.16   Whether  college provide any finance facility ?

Ans.   No but  we  provide related documentary support required from college to get education loan  with any of the banks.

Q.17   Whether college provides any scholarships ?

Ans.    Yes. Scholarships are to be provided to meritorious students and economical weaker  segment of the society.

 Q.18  What is the status of faculties in the college?

Ans.  College  is having pool of highly  qualified and experienced faculties in every area.

Q.19   What is the infrastructure status  of this college?

Ans.     We are having already build up building sufficient to cater the need of all three years students of BBA/BCA/B.Com.  All the class rooms are equipped with modern  teaching aids, computer lab & library is also matching high standards.

Q.20   How HRIT associated with HRIST ?

Ans.  Promoter and management of HRIST and HRIT are the same and HRIST  is situated in    the HRIT Campus, enjoying all the expertise and resources of the group. 

Q21.      Will the application forms be issued? Where can it be found?

Ans.    The admission registration is available throughout the year at our institution website as well as at our group website. The forms can be obtained physically from the Institution on any working day from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Q22.      How much marks should a candidate score in higher secondary examination to get admission in BBA/BCA/B.Com?

Ans.    Higher the marks, better are the chances. For detailed eligibility criteria kindly visit our website.

Q.23    Should I contact the admission cell members before I apply?

Ans.    Admission cell members welcome email from prospective students. However, during admissions season, when there might be as many as 1500 prospective applicants writing email, they might not be able to reply to all; or they might have a policy of forwarding the message to the department's admissions office for administrators to reply. A lack of direct and personal reply does not indicate a lack of interest on the member's part. On the contrary, admission cell members often take note of the prospective applicant's name and course interest and watch specifically for the full application to be submitted for a full evaluation. Therefore, contacting admission cell members is worthwhile, and a judiciously placed, carefully worded email can pave the way for your admission even if you don't get a personal reply.

Q.24      Can I apply to more than one course?

Ans.    Yes. You will have to submit two applications for two courses and also mention your priorities for the courses. e.g. if students wish to have admission in BCA course as first priority and BBA course as second priority then  he/she should fill two different forms.  

Q.25      Can I submit a supporting document after the deadline?

Ans.    We will accept supporting documents starting from the course till it needs to send to university but be aware that late documents will delay the chances of rejecting your admission by the university.

Q.26      What are the documents required for admission?

Ans.    High School Mark Sheet and Certificate, Intermediate Mark Sheet and Certificate, 6  Passport photographs, Migration / TC, affidavit in case of gap, if any, in education, Character and cast certificate (not required for general candidate)   or  any other document which is required by the University. Please be sure that all the documents have been submitted to the Institute.  Income certificate of parents in case of annual income below Rs.2,00,000/- for SC/ ST and  below Rs.1,00,000/- for general candidate.

Q.27      Are campus tours and information sessions available?

Ans.    The Office of Admission is open each weekday from 9:30 am to 5 pm, except for Institute holidays. We offer information sessions and tours throughout the year; for up-to-date availability and to make an appointment for your visit, see our website.

Q.28      How safe is the campus?

Ans.    The HRIST does a great deal to promote the safety of its students. Unlike most institutions, the HRIST has its own professionally trained security guards that patrols the campus frequently. The Group bus service is another great resource; it leave the local students at their door step and hostellers at hostel. In addition, HRIST offers a number of safety programs including a self-defense course.

Q.29      Should the parents come along with the candidate?

Ans.    It is compulsory to come at least once during the admission process.
